Lea Barros, undergraduate student
Lea is an undergraduate student at Hamilton College, where she is majoring in Biology. In the summer of her freshman year, she participated in the Tufts Building Diversity in Biomedical Sciences undergraduate research program, where she investigated the role of ZBP1 in CASP8-mediated pyroptosis. In Dr. Jamie Maguire’s lab, Lea explores how neurosteroids are involved in the neuropathology of depression.
